We show that the package containing the replacement tip (the product for which you are leaving a review) was delivered on September 9, 2022 at 11:53 AM. The Preorder is not due to ship for another week. The communication regarding when the Preorder shipment would be sent was listed on the website and has been addressed on a previous review.
I have enjoyed the art of crystallization for several years and like many others have bought several pick up tools.
