RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as the wrong item shipped, or a confirmed defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND SHORTAGES
Report damaged items or missing items within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@crystalninja.com. Include photos of the box, shipping label, and items received.
REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price paid, minus the 20% restocking fee when applicable.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED TO SENDER
If an order is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to pay duties or fees, or failure to pick up, you are responsible for shipping and handling costs and any reshipment costs.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs arising from your choice of delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- - Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
