Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) takes physical possession of the goods. For an order of multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You can:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order goods produced to your specifications (for example, custom rhinestone application and bespoke design work). These items are exempt under EU consumer law once production has begun.
