Terms of Service ("Terms") and CrystalNinja Orders:

Until further notice, in order to protect our staff and customers, NO RETURNS or REFUNDS will be issued. Please double-check your order. 

Please allow approximately 1-2 Business Days for Processing - Choosing express shipping does not expedite the fulfillment process. 

Unless otherwise notated on the site. Shipping hours are M-F, 10 am to 2 pm. PST. We accept credit card payments thru Shopify Payments, AfterPay, Sezzle and are adding more.  Please continue to check back if you are looking for a specific processor.  

Domestic Shipping:

Crystal Ninja is not responsible for lost packages. When your order is placed through our website and shipped, a tracking number is sent via email. It is the customer's responsibility to follow and track the package and if necessary to file a claim with the chosen shipping carrier for loss, damage, or theft. Should a package be returned to our facility, we will reship and advise the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or loss with the Postal or Delivery service.

International Shipping:

Crystal Ninja is not responsible for any additional fees; value-added tax, duties, or delivery fees. Please determine what if any those charges would be before you place your order.  All policies as stated in the Domestic Shipping Policy apply hereto.  Crystal Ninja, LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or missing packages and it is the Customers responsibility to contact their Carrier and/or the Customs Department to determine shipment location and loss claim of shipment.

CrystalNinja Product Return and Refund Policy

2020-2022 Until further notice, in order to protect our staff, NO RETURNS FOR REFUNDS will be issued. Please double-check your order. 

CrystalNinja LLC values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you wish to return a CrystalNinja brand product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Product Returns
Any product may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, first, contact our Customer Service Center at info@crystalninja.com or 619-420-4583. Be sure to have your order number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.

We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, the Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

When shipping products back to us, forward to CrystalNinja LLC a copy and retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so that all parties can track the shipment. Email tracking information to us at info@crystalninja.com Products returned more than ten (10) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING HOURS

  • Processing time: allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, unless a product page states a different timeline.

  • Choosing express shipping speeds up transit time only. It does not speed up processing.

  • Shipping and fulfillment hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays.

PAYMENTS
We accept payments through Shopify Payments and may offer additional payment options such as Afterpay and Sezzle. Payment options shown at checkout control for that order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING, USA

  • We send tracking to the email address on your order once the label is created.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and monitoring tracking.

  • Carrier delays are outside our control after the carrier accepts the package.

  • If a package shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first to open a claim or trace, and also contact us so we can support with order details.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

  • If your package arrives damaged, or items are missing, contact info@crystalninja.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and items received.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact the carrier to start a claim. We will support with documentation when requested.

RETURNED TO SENDER OR UNDELIVERABLE

  • If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to pick up, you are responsible for reshipment costs.

  • We can reship after we receive the package back and confirm contents.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, EU, UK, AND OTHER DESTINATIONS

  • Taxes, VAT, duties, and carrier brokerage or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states these charges are collected in advance.

  • Customs processing can delay delivery. You are responsible for responding to carrier or customs requests for information or payment.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, non-payment of fees, or an undeliverable address, you are responsible for reshipment costs and any additional fees charged to us.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds work, and which items are final sale.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email info@crystalninja.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

RETURN WINDOW

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back promptly after approval.

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in like-new condition.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with included parts and accessories.

  • Items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

RESTOCKING FEE

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item shipped or defective item confirmed by us.

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price paid, minus the 20% restocking fee when applicable.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • If you used a discount code, your refund reflects the discounted price paid.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.

DAMAGED ITEMS, WRONG ITEMS, AND SHORTAGES
Report issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@crystalninja.com. Include photos of the box, label, and products received.

NON-RETURNABLE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Digital products, digital downloads, and templates

  • Online classes, recordings, and digital course access

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items and items marked final sale

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

UNDELIVERABLE MERCHANDISE
If an order is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable, you are responsible for shipping and handling costs and any reshipment costs.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

PROGRAM BASICS

  • Affiliates must maintain accurate contact and payout details in GoAffPro.

  • Affiliates operate independently. Affiliates are not employees, agents, or representatives of Crystal Ninja, LLC.

MINIMUM ACTIVITY REQUIREMENT

  • A minimum of 10 orders per quarter is required to keep an affiliate code active.

  • If your account is deactivated for not meeting minimum activity, you may reapply after 6 months.

  • If the account is closed a second time for inactivity, we may decline future reactivation.

COMMISSION RATES
Commission tiers are based on your tracked order volume over the applicable period defined in your affiliate dashboard.

  • $0 to $9,999: 5%

  • $10,000 to $19,999: 6%

  • $20,000 to $29,999: 7%

  • $30,000 to $39,999: 8%

  • $40,000 to $49,999: 9%

  • $50,000 to $99,999: 10%

  • $100,000 and up: 15%

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND BRAND SAFETY

  • Keep communications professional and respectful.

  • Do not imply you are an employee or official representative of Crystal Ninja.

  • Do not make claims about products that you cannot support.

  • We may end an affiliate relationship if content or conduct creates brand risk, violates law, or violates platform rules.

FINAL PAYMENTS AFTER TERMINATION
If we terminate an affiliate account for cause, we will process eligible commissions earned on valid completed orders through the termination date in the normal payout cycle, unless fraud is suspected or proven.

INVITATION AND APPROVAL
The affiliate program is by application and approval only. We may approve or deny applications at our discretion.

We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, and availability. If we cancel an order after payment due to an error, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. ACCOUNTS
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping your information current. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Website content, trademarks, logos, product names, and brand elements are owned by Crystal Ninja, LLC or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

6. PROMOTIONS
Promotions may have separate rules. If promotion rules conflict with these Terms, promotion rules control.

7. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Crystal Ninja, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or products. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

9. DISCLAIMER
The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not provide warranties except where required by law.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR IN-HOUSE CRYSTAL NINJA CLASSES

CLASS BASICS

  • In-house classes include materials unless the class listing states otherwise.

  • Some classes include refreshments. We will state this in the class listing.

  • Space is limited. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • We may cancel or reschedule classes. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel at least 21 calendar days before the class start date for a refund.

  • Cancellations within 21 days are not refundable.

  • If you cannot attend within 21 days of the class, you may request to transfer to a future class if you notify us at least 14 days before the class start date, subject to availability.

  • If you cancel within 14 days, or do not attend, payment is forfeited.

SAFETY AND PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Some workshops involve glue, paint, sanding, or dust. Wear older clothing. Protect personal items. You are responsible for your belongings.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

  • You may photograph your own project.

  • Ask permission before photographing other students or their projects.

  • We may take photos during classes for marketing. If you do not want to appear in photos, tell us at the start of class.

  • No video recording or audio recording is allowed.

COURSE CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All instruction methods, course materials, and lesson content are property of Crystal Ninja, LLC. You may not record, reproduce, sell, or reteach our class content without written permission.

CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65

Some products sold by Crystal Ninja may require a Proposition 65 warning for customers in California. A Prop 65 warning does not mean a product violates safety standards. It means the product may expose you to chemicals listed by the State of California.

PRODUCT SAFETY DATA SHEETS
We can provide Safety Data Sheets for products we sell when available from the manufacturer. Email info@crystalninja.com to request SDS documentation.

Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) at 619-420-4583.

 

Refunds
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.

For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.

For refunds on products paid by check, money order, or wire transfer, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.

Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Undeliverable Merchandise
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable by our carrier.

CRYSTALNINJA AFFILIATE PROGRAM: 

“PAY THE ARTISTS!”

Get paid in cash!  Sparkly supplies and kudos are nice, but it don’t pay the bills!

  • Create an Account

 

  • Create and share a Crystal Ninja Shopping Cart with all of the Crystal Ninja Projects that you use!  Then share this list with your viewers, fans, and followers and make shopping and earning EASY!

 

  • A minimum of 10 orders per quarter (3mo) will keep your affiliate code active. If for any reason your account is deactivated for not meeting the minimum, you can reapply after 6months. If minimums are still not met after reinstatement, then we cannot reactivate your affiliate account again.

 

Commission Rates July 2023:

 

$0 - $9.9k orders: 5% commission

$10k - $19.9k: 6% commission

$20k - $29.9k: 7% commission

$30k - $39.9k: 8% commission

$40k - $49.9k: 9% commission

$50k-$99.9k: 10%commission

$100k and up: 15% commission

 

  • For all levels must ensure that their code is used on 10 orders per quarter (a quarter equals 3 months).

New Affiliates who do not maintain the 10 orders per quarter risk having their affiliate account closed.  You will be welcome to reopen an account, but if for any reason your account is closed a second time no more permissions will be allowed.

 

  • Those who reach the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. commission level – if your orders fall below the 10 orders per quarter, your commission rate drops down to lower level and will continue to do so until you reach the 1st level.  If at that time your account remains inactive, your account will be closed.

 

  • Crystalninja, LLC is in NO way associated, partnered with any artist, company or its partners or affiliates. All Crystal Ninja affiliate artists operate independently and are NOT employees or representatives of Crystal Ninja, LLC.

 

  • It is the responsibility of the affiliate artist to maintain the correct email and contact information in the GoAffPro for notifications, activity information, and auto payments.

 

Important note: We are honored to have you but, Affiliate artists are not exclusive in anyway to CrystalNinja, LLC. We encourage you to network and grow with other companies to learn as much as you can. 

 

Please keep your association with Crystal Ninja kind and professional!  Crystal Ninja, LLC will not associate in any religious, political, diversity or other social commentary.  We support all and will not be held responsible for alternative beliefs and opinions.  However, please note, should your commentary be found socially, politically or offensive to any diversity or ethnic group your CN affiliation will be will canceled. Your final payments will be made within 30 days of the completion of the final order using your affiliate code.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crystal Ninja LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Crystal Ninja LLC.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crystal Ninja LLC.

Crystal Ninja LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Ninja LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Exclusions

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Special Terms and Conditions for IN-HOUSE Crystal Ninja Classes

* The Crystal Ninja in-house classes will include all materials. You will not need to bring anything.

* Crystal Ninja sometimes provides lunch and light refreshments during in-house training. This will always be mentioned in the class promo.

* All bookings are subject to available spaces within the workshop.

* Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been made.

* All payments are made online via our website: Crystalninja.com.

* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule classes. In the event of a cancellation by Crystal Ninja, LLC, you will receive a full refund.

* Cancellation Policy – If you wish to cancel your booking into an in-house Crystal Ninja Class you will need to give a minimum of three weeks (21 calendar days) notice prior to the workshop. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than three weeks (21 calendar days) notice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked within the three weeks (21 calendar day) cancellation period, you may transfer your reservation to another class (subject to availability) as long as you give at least two weeks' notice (14 days). If you cancel your booking within two weeks of a workshop (or fail to attend) then your payment will be forfeited and no refund issued, or class rescheduled.

* Full details for the class you have booked into will be sent to you via email within 10 days of the start of the workshop.

* Some of our workshops will cover gluing, painting, and general project preparation. This can result in paint, glue, and/or dust getting on clothing and personal items. We advise you to bring and/or wear older clothing or a cover-up to all workshops. Crystal Ninja, LLC takes no responsibility for damages incurred in its classes. Your personal items are your responsibility.

* Notice of Copyright. All classroom instruction methods, processes, video recordings, and/or visual materials related to this course, its creative instruction, content, and notes, collectively all belong exclusively to Crystal Ninja, LLC.

* Photography. You are welcome to take photos of your project in progress throughout the class period. Please be respectful of other students' desire to be in your photographs. We need the permission of other participants and instructors to take photos of others and other projects you may see completed here in the Dojo. We do have a Photo Release Form that everyone will be asked to sign on the first day of class. Your instructors may take photos of the class throughout the weekend. These photos may or may not be used for marketing purposes including (but not limited to) use in websites, social media, blogs, advertising, print media, and more. If you do not wish to be in photos from the class or give your consent for your images to be used for marketing purposes then please advise us on the first day of class.

* There is absolutely no videotaping, recording of this class.

CA’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), for Proposition 65 states on its website: just because there is a Prop 65 warning on a product, that does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements.

Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings to be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which include more than 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.

Many companies are providing the following warning for products sold to the state of California.

WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Fresh Fruits, Nuts, and Vegetables

California requires the following notice:

WARNING: This product may contain a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Alcoholic Beverages, Including, Without Limitation, Beer, Malt, Beverages, Wine, and Distilled Spirits

California requires the following notice:

WARNING: Drinking Distilled Spirits, Beer, Coolers, Wine and Other Alcoholic Beverages May Increase Cancer Risk, and, During Pregnancy, Can Cause Birth Defects.

Canned and Bottled Foods and Beverages

California requires the following notice:

WARNING: Many foods and beverage cans have linings containing bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical known to the State of California to cause harm to the female reproductive system. Jar lids and bottle caps may also contain BPA. You can be exposed to BPA when you consume foods or beverages packaged in these containers. For more information go to: www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/BPA.

Coffee and Some Roasted Nuts, Baked Goods and Snack Foods

California requires the following notice:

WARNING: Chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm, including acrylamide, are present in coffee and some roasted nuts, baked goods and snack foods such as chips. Acrylamide is not added to these products but results naturally from the roasting, baking or cooking process. The FDA has not advised people to stop consuming foods that are fried, roasted, or baked. Beauty Products

California requires the following notice on beauty and skincare products that contain progesterone:

WARNING: This product contains progesterone, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer. Consult with your physician before using this product.

Tools

California requires the following notice:

WARNING: Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are:

lead from lead-based paints,

crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products, and

arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber.

Your risk from exposure to these chemicals varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure, work in a well-ventilated area and with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.

Lead Crystal Glasses

Lead levels in the crystal glasses sold in our Kitchen & Housewares Store comply with FDA standards. California requires the following separate notice:

WARNING: Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This warning does not apply to Baccarat decanters, flacons, stoppered pitchers, and mustard and jam pots.

Ceramic Tableware

Lead levels in the ceramic tableware sold in our Kitchen & Housewares Store comply with FDA standards. California requires the following separate notice for ceramic tableware on the packaging:

California requires the following notice:

WARNING: Motor vehicles contain fuel, oils, and fluids, battery posts, terminals, and related accessories which contain lead and lead compounds and other chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. These chemicals are found in vehicles, vehicle parts, and accessories, both new and as replacements. When being serviced, these vehicles generate used oil, waste fluids, grease, fumes, and particulates, all known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and reproductive harm.

You might have noticed the following warning we place on our product packaging and wondered what it is all about WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov”. Here are some frequently asked questions to help explain the warning and why we, like most companies doing business in California, are required to provide the warning.

WHAT IS CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65?
California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, more generally referred to as “Proposition 65” or “Prop 65,” is a law unique to California. The law requires all businesses doing business in California to provide warnings if a product contains any of the more than 935 naturally occurring or synthetic chemicals that the State of California has determined to cause cancer or reproductive harm. The warning signs and labels are meant to warn consumers of possible exposure before they frequent an establishment or purchase a product.

As a result, Californians regularly and routinely see this warning label on all types of products including on foods, drinks, supplements, medications, household products/furniture, outdoor products, clothing, and accessories, and in all kinds of places including restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. Because determining “exposure” and the level to which such exposure may exist is a very complex process, the burden of proof required of businesses seeking to be exempt from providing a warning is quite onerous. Therefore, many businesses simply elect to provide a warning based on the possible presence of one or more listed chemicals without evaluating the exposure. As such, the actual level of exposure, if any, from the product may be below the “no significant risk” level established by the law.

WHY HAS SWAROVSKI PLACED A PROPOSITION 65 WARNING ON ITS PRODUCTS?
A Proposition 65 warning means one of two things: (1) the business has evaluated the exposure and has concluded that it exceeds the “no significant risk” level; or (2) the business has chosen to provide a warning simply based on its knowledge about the presence of a listed chemical without attempting to evaluate the level of exposure. Swarovski is providing a warning based on our knowledge about the presence of one or more listed chemicals without attempting to evaluate the level of exposure. The exposure level for the chemicals contained in Swarovski products may be well within the “no significant risk” range, however, out of an abundance of caution, Swarovski has elected to place the Proposition 65 warning on its products.

ARE PRODUCTS WITH THIS LABEL SAFE TO USE?
Yes, Swarovski’s products are safe to use and wear. Our products meet federal and state laws (including California) for safety and restricted substances. Even the regulatory office, CA’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), for Proposition 65 states on its website: just because there is a Prop 65 warning on a product, that does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. All Swarovski products are safe and meet federal regulatory standards for jewelry.

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA, WHY ARE YOU PROVIDING THE PROPOSITION 65 WARNING TO ME?
Swarovski’s products are sold throughout the US. From a practical standpoint, due to the nature of how Swarovski distributes its products across the country, we cannot predict which exact product may end up being sold to someone in California, therefore, we place the warning on all of our products for some distribution channels. That said, consumers in all states may see the Prop 65 warning on our product packaging.
