Crystal Ninja in Pacific Beach is an absolute gem (pun intended)! Not only do they have an incredible selection of rhinestones in every color and size you could imagine, but the quality is superior than anything I've found online. The Siam rhinestones I purchased - along with several other colors - have the most beautiful, eye-cathcing glimmer. They were exactly what I needed to add just the right amount of pop to my Stormtrooper costume.
Another huge bonus is the parking! There's a paid lot right by the store, but if you park in the designated numbered spots it's FREE! I've always been able to find open spots, which makes dropping in at any time on any day super convenient.
