Can’t review it yet, where is it?
Hello Robin, thank you for your review. This product was a PREORDER and is not yet available to ship - this information is and was listed on the product information when it was originally listed. Product stated that it would ship in 3-5 weeks. (We are just outside 4 weeks from your order date.) This information should have also been included on your order confirmation and is notated on the product listing on the website in multiple places. There has been a delay in receipt of the one of the components of the kit. Once it arrives we will be able to ship the complete kit to you - should you desire to cancel this order, you need only to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or click the 'contact us' button the website and we are happy to resolve, refund and/or discuss this matter with you. We are saddened to see unhappy customers and look forward to assisting you.
