You need to do nothing! We will fully create this design in a Ready to use, 16oz. Tumbler, with this gorgeous PYTHON art by the CrystalNinja Team. Relax and fill with your fav hot or cold drink.

Warranty: Our artistically designed and hand-crystalized tumblers do not carry any guarantee or warranty, limited or otherwise. We source our stainless steel tumblers from a reputable supplier and they are heat and cold tested before crystallization. If there is any failure of the crystal application, please reach out to info@crystalninja.com for assistance in making arrangements for repair to the tumbler. We are not responsible for broken or missing crystals if they are broken, chipped, cracked, or missing due to a drop, fall, or another mishap. If your product was damaged during the shipping process, contact us THE DAY it was delivered WITH photos. Depending on the Carrier insurance process/requirements, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product and we will provide a replacement unit of like color and size, assuming availability.

Hello Robin, thank you for your review. This product was a PREORDER and is not yet available to ship - this information is and was listed on the product information when it was originally listed. Product stated that it would ship in 3-5 weeks. (We are just outside 4 weeks from your order date.) This information should have also been included on your order confirmation and is notated on the product listing on the website in multiple places. There has been a delay in receipt of the one of the components of the kit.
