Please note my order was never fulfilled. I only received part of my order and the was missing the Crystalized compact mirror with its content however I was charged for the full order. I am very upset, disappointed and I am planning on never ordering anything again if this is not rectified. I have emailed twice and have not gotten any response! What makes me upset is that they keep sending me advertising emails and not responding to my email. Hope nobody will experience what I did. Please be careful and warned. I have attached a photo of what I received in my order as an fyi.
We are saddened to see that you provided us with a 1 Star Review. Especially since this was over a perceived missing item. Your order was delivered on August 22 and all items are clearly shown in your photo. The other item you purchased was an ONLINE Class. Not a physical product. The class description clearly states that no product is included and is available for separate purchase. Sadly we did not receive any of the emails you stated that you sent. We were concerned that yours along with other emails were not coming through since you are out of the Country so we had our IT department check and we could not locate anything on our server either. It is unfortunate we missed your correspondence.
