Crystal Ninja's RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY.

To be considered for full or partial refund, all returns must be shipped and received at Crystal Ninja within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in the same quantities and quality that they were purchased in. Crystal Ninja does not accept partial returns.

Effective January 1, 2019, returns will not be accepted on Swarovski 2028 stones or any other product that is deemed vintage or clearance items at the original time of sale. Refunds, partial or in full, can be issued using the following method; via charge-back credit to the credit or debit card originally used on the order. There is a 15% restocking fee. Damaged and used items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
