The Crystal Katana is also the Cake Katana and makes applying dragée and candies to baked goods so much easier. The Cake Katana Kit includes a Cake Katana, a tool case, a dragée/candy tray, a 5ml syringe, and a 16ga syringe tip. The synthetic wax tip is non-toxic and certification from NSF is pending. The wax tip can be cleaned with an alcohol wipe. Please note that the dragée/candy tray holes may vary in size.
