Top Notch customer service!!!

Crystal Ninja is BY FAR one of the best companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. With the crazy heat we've been having in Arizona, the wax tip was melted. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new tip. Not only did they respond to me, literally within what seemed like minutes, they sent me a replacement tip AND and whole new CrystalKatana!! I'm pretty sure they had to have sent it out that very same day because I got it right away. I use my CrystalKatana for nail art and I gave the other to my daughter who uses it to bling out her shoes... we love this product!! So impressed with this incredible company!! You have created a Loyal and lifelong customer in me. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!!

I don't know how I ever got anything done before I purchased the Katana. It makes picking up and placing stones a breeze. Plus there's no waxy residue leftover! Love love love my Katana!!

I love this tool it picks up your crystals easily. I can work more quickly with placement. No more tweezers for me. There`s also a second tool on the other tip for pushing or spreading your crystals just where you want them. They even sent me some nice crystals. Hope you enjoy your Crystal Katana as much as I do.

It took awhile to get to me, but that was fine with me, but because it did they sent me some free crystals. The tool itself works great.

I love my Crystal Katana

This Katana is absolutely my favorite new tool. I'll never be without one. At first, I wasn't going to get the Basic Bling Kit, but now I'm glad I did. I am bad about losing things, but the case keeps it handy and helps me keep track of it. And I am even able to pick up 9mm x 15mm Navettes and place them with ease. And I am getting one of these for my best friend for Christmas to go along with the mat. She does egg art and she will wonder how she lived without one also.
